TERMS
We accept orders via our website (www.eaglepeakherbals.com ) , by mail accompanied by check or money order, and telephone orders charged to VISA or MasterCard.
SHIPPING
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Shipment time varies depending on your location. We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. For rush orders, or orders requiring a different shipping agency, contact us to make arrangements.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders must be prepaid via credit card or in U.S. funds. All returns and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Preferred method of shipment (i.e. Air Mail or Global Priority) and customs information must be clearly indicated. Call or email for more information and to obtain shipping estimates.
CREDIT TERMS
Credit terms are available for some wholesale customer accounts. Our payment terms for credit accounts are net 30 days from invoice date. To establish a wholesale account with us, please call. California wholesale customers must provide a copy of their current CA resale account number for tax purposes. Wholesale orders under $50.00 net are subject to a $10 surcharge.
RETURNS
For damaged goods, please notify Eagle Peak Herbals and the carrier immediately. Do not discard product or packaging. All returns MUST be pre-authorized by Eagle Peak Herbals. If approved, returns will either result in product replacement or a store credit. NO REFUND CHECKS will be issued. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items damaged during return shipping are the responsibility of the customer - we strongly recommend shipping insurance.
RETURN POLICY on BOTTLES 8 oz. or larger
All sales on 8 oz. or larger bottles are final. These are not sizes we generally stock in inventory and are considered special orders. There are no refunds or exchanges.
RETURNED CHECKS: There will be a $25 charge for returned checks.
