Alpinia galanga. This pungent member of the Ginger family is warming and stimulating to the digestion. Often used in Thai cooking. Like Ginger, it is used for sea and motion sickness. Often found in historical cancer formulas and salves. Hildegard of Bingen thought highly of Galangal as medicine for the heart. In Germany it is still used for this purpose. Recent studies have shown it to have antiviral properties. We process fresh certified organic Galangal root with special care to retain the active volatile oils.
Ingredients: Fresh certified organic Galangal rhizome, certified organic cane alcohol, and distilled water.
Suggested Use: Take 20 to 40 drops up to four times daily in liquid or under the tongue.
