Valeriana officinalis. This is different than the Valerian in alcohol as it is slightly less potent so has a higher dose. Used to calm nerves and help relieve insomnia, cramps, headaches, anxiety, muscle tension, and pain. Action is relaxant and anti-spasmodic.
Ingredients: Dry, certified organic Valerian root, pure vegetable glycerin and distilled water.
Caution: May have opposite or stimulating effects on some individuals; discontinue use if this occurs.
Suggested Use: Adults: Take 40 to 80 drops up to five times daily in liquid or under tongue. Children: 3 to 5 drops for every 10 lbs. up to 4 times daily in liquid or under tongue.
