Verbena hastata. This beautiful wild medicinal is excellent for the onset of colds, promotes sweating, allays feverishness, settles the stomach, relaxes and soothes. Blue Vervain helps to reabsorb blood from damaged tissues and is antispasmodic, can be useful during sprains and strains. It is a bitter tonic and sedative. May help with insomnia. Energetically, according to Debra Brammer N.D., a small amount of Blue Vervain can be added to other formulas to help balance “stubborn people who will drive themselves into the ground to achieve goals”.
Ingredients: Dry, wild Blue Vervain flower and leaf, certified organic cane alcohol, and distilled water.
