This is a complex, Eagle Peak version of a traditional food based folk remedy. Food as medicine is as old as eating itself. Fire Cider was originally made popular by the Herbalist, Rosemary Gladstar, who has encouraged others to make this wonderful product for decades. We have added Rosehips and Marshmallow root to mellow the taste of the raw apple cider vinegar and to increase its soothing effects on the digestive tract. This is a sweet, sour, fruity, fiery tonic full of vital living enzymes.
